Hi, I'm Linda.
Besides exploring the world through the lens of design, I enjoy listening to philosophical podcasts, traveling to different countries, or switching off my mind on the squash court. I'm currently activating my linguistic brain cells to learn Dutch.

I'm building a Service design community in Ireland.
Alongside Clara Villa and Maho Hidalgo, I volunteer with the Dublin chapter of Service Design Ireland, where we co-organise events, talks, and workshops to keep the local design community connected and engaged.
Together, we create inclusive spaces for professionals and newcomers to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and empower emerging designers to experiment, grow, and build confidence in their practice.
Good service design means to me ...
Good service design
means to me ...
1
Services are quickly available to everyone who needs to access them.
2
Services support the people in their individual needs.
3
Services are rooted in non-siloed communication of the service providers.
I have a passion for design in healthcare.
As part of Mater Transformation at one of Dublin’s largest hospitals, I immerse myself every day with curiosity in the hospital environment, listening to patients’ moving stories and engaging with the processes that help healthcare providers deliver the best possible care.
It's been an honour to win the Service Design Award 2023.
The project ‘Save Time, Save Lives’ gained international recogition by being awarded as ‘Best Student Project 2023’ by the Global Service Design Network.
My team partner and I were invited to the Global Service Design Conference in Berlin to present the process and results of this project to a broad design community.
Some fun stuff
–A glimpse into my artwork–
My curiosity for culture and cities.
I enjoy exploring new places and learning how people live. It gives me fresh perspectives and sparks new ideas.
I'm also deeply curious about how cities are shaped.
From public transport systems to walkable neighbourhoods, I love paying attention to how people move through urban spaces. Thoughtful infrastructure planning can improve all our everyday lives.
