Currently

Service Design in healthcare

Currently, I’m working as a Service Designer to innovate existing and new healthcare services as part of the Mater Transformation at one of Dublin’s largest hospitals.

Every day, I immerse myself with curiosity in the hospital environment, listening to patients’ moving stories and engaging with the processes that help healthcare providers deliver the best care for their patients.

Recently

Service Design Award 2023

The project ‘Save Time, Save Lives’ gained international recogition and was awarded as ‘Best Student Project 2023’ by the Global Service Design Network.

My team partner and I were invited to the Global Service Design Conference in Berlin to present the process and results of this project to a broad design community.
