For many students, career and study orientation is an intangible and emotional process in which they need special support. This bachelor thesis is intended to create a prototype of a learning platform which helps students in their orientation and brings together various instances of the complex process. The focus is on presenting the content in a suitable way for young students.

In cooperation with the start-up for modern career guidance MEIN MUTIGER WEG GbR, a redesign of the digital platform Traumjob Campus was developed. The Traumjob Campus contains various modules with learning videos and worksheets. With the help of this material, students can learn more about their personalities and receive practical support in their choice of future career and studies.

Based on a theoretical examination of the topics of career orientation in schools and digital learning through learning platforms, this paper identifies success factors of digital learning platforms in career orientation. Through these factors and qualitative interviews with different students, ideas and new features for the Traumjob Campus are presented.
